Where does King Ice ship?
We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas). Our crew works hard to get your statement pieces delivered wherever you are.

We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx) – 10-15 business days
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS) – 15-25 business days
How long does order processing take?
We move fast – orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these charges – check with your local customs office for estimates.
