At King Ice, we want you to be 100% icy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right – no questions asked (well, maybe a few). Here’s how our return game works:

15-Day Return Window

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

NO RETURNS ON THESE PIECES:

To keep our products fresh like your style, we don’t accept returns on:

  • Grillz (custom dental pieces – hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How To Return Your Drip

Step 1: Hit Us Up

Email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Get Approval

We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than our shipping) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (same as our HQ: 2690 Tree Frog Lane, Kansas City, US 64119)

Step 3: Ship It Back

Package your items securely and ship using a trackable method. We recommend:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless we messed up (wrong item or defective).

Exchange Game Strong

Want to swap for something fresher? Same process as returns, just specify:

  • Which item you want instead
  • Size/color preferences

We’ll cover the shipping for your new piece if the exchange is for the same value.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (PayPal, card, etc.)
  • Time to Appear: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

We’ll email you when your refund is processed – watch for that confirmation like you watch for our new drops.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos/video of the issue
  3. We’ll send a prepaid return label and rush your replacement

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global fam (except some Asian/remote areas):

  • Same 15-day policy applies
  • You’re responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be minus original shipping costs
